Aaron's 1st bath

A few days ago Aaron's umbilical cord finally fell off.  It was lost at first but then we found it a couple hours later on the changing table.  The belly button still looked a little raw, and the hospital had advised to wait 2 weeks before getting it wet.  Today is his 2 week birthday, and thus he received his first bath!

He was a little unsure at first...

But was comforted by finding his thumb and soon began to enjoy the pampering.

Finally a warm cuddle with mommy in his "Cute Little Fish" hooded towel topped off the exciting new experience!

And by the way, the 20.75" measurement they made at the hospital is being appealed.  He is clearly 22"+ and that leg isn't even completely straight!
