The annual Golden Gallop race is one of the many things that we love about living here! There is a 10K, 5K, and multiple kids' fun runs, and all proceeds go to benefit area schools. We saw a lot of friends, got some good exercise on a beautiful day...oh, and Danny WON in his age group!
I ran the 10K, Danny ran the kids' half-mile, and the rest of the family made up the cheering section.

D sprinted the entire way and got first place!
Sweet Jill helped to motivate Danny during his race by running alongside him on the inside of the track and shouting encouragement.
This kid is all heart.
