The Goffs' NYE party has become an annual tradition. Whatever is coming our way in 2026, we know we'll have this crew to support us. Cheers!
On New Year's Day, we hit the road for Taos, New Mexico to meet up with the Smiths. It was supposed to be a ski trip, but this has been the worst snow season in Colorado since we moved here. Most lifts and runs were shut down, and everything else was plagued with rocks and ice.
But we made the best of it!
We found a few runs that were decent and just did those over and over.
And over. And over.
And when we weren't skiing, we were hanging out at the base.
Or at our Airbnb.
Or in the hot tub.
Turns out, there are lots of things to do on ski trips other than ski.
Including whatever this is.
Sometimes, it's just fun to be away from home.
And then...it's always good to be back in our own beds.
