At Last!

The weekend after Thanksgiving, my Aunt Pam married my Aunt Bobbie.  They have been partners and a part of each other's families for 35 years.  Finally, they were able to make it official, and we were honored that they asked Jill and Aaron to be a part of their big day.  The theme of the wedding was "At Last" for obvious reasons.  It's also an appropriate title for this post, which is several months late (took me awhile to track down all the pictures!).

There was a quick rehearsal the day before so that everyone knew what to expect.  Some participants were more cooperative than others...

When the big moment arrived, Aaron got a little nervous and insisted that I hold his hand partway down the aisle.

But then he got his bearings and didn't need Mom anymore!

Thankfully, there were activity books and stickers to keep the kids entertained.

Although, it was way more fun to put stickers on Mommy.

By the end of the night, the kids were wiped out from all the fun.

Congratulations to the happy couple!  With or without the marriage certificate, you two have been a model of love and support for decades.
