Old Friends & New Friends

We got a chance to see my dear friend Amy last weekend.  It's been over three years since the last time we saw each other -- she came to visit back when I was pregnant with Jill -- so there have been a few more kids added to the mix since then.

It was so great to see each other and reflect on how far our friendship has come since we first met thirteen years ago.  And it was awesome to see new friendships sprouting between our children.  There really is nothing better than seeing your kids bond with your friend's kids.  Guess it must be hereditary!

Only some of them were Irish, and none of them were fighting, but they were all cute!
