Saying Goodbye

Last weekend, my Grandma Hietbrink passed away.  She was 93 years young.  Today, we all gathered to remember and celebrate this very special lady.

After the service, the whole family gathered at my cousins' house for a little relaxation and pool time.  It was great to spend time with them, and it was exactly the kind of family bonding that Grandma would have wanted.

Thankfully, Aaron and Jill got to spend time with their Great Grandma as recently as last Easter.  She was an inspiration to all of us for how to live life joyfully, faithfully, and with a good sense of humor.  We love you Grandma!
