We had a lovely Easter this year, full of family, friends, and fun! The day started off bright and early with baskets full of goodies:
Mom went a little overboard with the $1 bins at Target.
Should've known the stuffing (or "spaghetti" as Aaron called it) would end up all over the place.
Then we drove out to the burbs and stopped by Dora's house to say hello and take some pictures.
Of course, Dora had some gifts for the kids too, including giant pinwheels which were perfect for the breezy weather!
Next, we were off to Easter service with the Hjelmgrens, and then back to their house for dinner and festivities. Look at those adorable cousins!
(Special thanks to Oma for sewing Jill's beautiful Easter dress -- it received many compliments!)
Family shot
(Come on baby, you and I will both look a lot cuter when you come out and join us!)
Everyone enjoyed the Easter egg hunt that Aunt Betsy orchestrated -- including the Hjelmgrens' dog, Lady, who managed to swipe a few of Jill's jelly beans...
Daddy provided the soundtrack for the egg hunt
Not enough sugar yet? Have a popsicle!
Ok, now I might have reached my sugar limit!
A fun family day left these little bunnies wiped out. Happy Easter!
