A Farmer and the Dells

Last weekend we got an invitation from our good friends to spend a few days in Wisconsin Dells, which is known for its many water parks.  Needless to say, we jumped at the chance!

Who's ready to go swimming?

There sure were a lot of kids to keep track of.

Swimming buddies.

Jill is trying not to think about how much pee is in the water.

The water jets were Danny's favorite.

Ahh, paradise!

On our last day there, we found a farm that had animals you could pet and feed.  It was a big hit with the kiddos.

So many fun things to do, where do we start?

Let's feed some animals!

Up close and personal.

D loved the feeling of sheep lips on his fingers.

But he didn't discriminate -- he liked llama lips too.

Group hug.

Jill befriended a tolerant barn cat.

Tractor races.

And it's Aaron for the win!

At the end of a long, hot day swimming or feeding livestock (or both!), what could be better than gathering around a fire for QT with family and friends (and a cold beer)?  It was a great weekend, and we are grateful for amazing friends to spend it with.
